    Bosu Cardio Interval/Bosu Cardio Sculpt/Bosu Boot Camp/Bosu Sculpt. These classes use the BOSU incorporating a variety of balance-challenging exercises to develop strength (BOSU Sculpt) and agility (cardio BOSU classes). Note: It is highly recommended you take one of the monthly 1/2-hour 'BOSU Basics' classes (see bulletins on Group Fitness Board) before taking any of these full-hour BOSU classes.

This hi-intensity, full-body workout uses Kung Fu, Muay Thai and other martial arts techniques and includes strength and conditioning exercises real boxers use.
