Sky Athletic Club continues to uphold our stellar reputation by offering over 80 cutting edge classes per week taught by the best group exercise instructors in the South Shore area. We offer a wide variety of classes including: Step, Kickboxing, SPIN, Yoga, Pilates, Strength Conditioning, Core Training and much more. About Our SPIN Program
Long recognized as one of the best forms of low-impact aerobic workouts available, our state-of-the-art fixed cam studio bicycles can be adjusted to give you the level of workout that's right for your fitness program. To familiarize you with the techniques of bicycle training and offer you a fun and exhilarating group experience, Sky Athletic Club offers the following Studio Cycling classes (padded bike shorts are recommended for all classes)

About Our Yoga Program
Sky Athletic Club realizes that it is very easy to feel lost within the fast paced environment, which control our everyday lives. This is why we have made it extremely easy to feel reconnected with one’s self through extensive yoga training.

Yoga combines the mind, body, and sprit by offering a series of poses that are aimed to produce personal “one-ness,” and has long been recognized as a wonderful way to gain flexibility, balance, strengthen, and a feeling of serenity. The Sky Yoga Program offers a variety of classes for both the beginning and more advanced students. Our instructors utilize their diverse backgrounds and styles as well as various props to develop and enhance each student’s experience.
