All holds must be approved before taking effect. In certain instances, more information may be requested in order to qualify for a hold on your account. This generally will take place within 7-10 business days of the request. Holds within the 1st 12 months of membership do not affect billing. In these instances, time will be added onto the membership after the completion of the 12th monthly payment. If payment is suspended during a hold, billing will automatically continue upon expiration of the hold.
